The Sakhalin-1 Project is an oil and gas development on the northeast shelf of Sakhalin Island. Total recoverable reserves are estimated to be 2.3 billion barrels of oil (307 million tons) and 17.1 trillion cubic feet of natural gas (485 billion cubic meters).

We provided a full range of obligatory and optional Fire Safety and compliance activities, essential for getting all the necessary approvals for this project.
Activities accomplished:

• Designed Fire Safety Measures (FSM)  
• Developed Project-Specific Technical Specifications (PSTS)
• Conducted Fire Categorization
• Calculated Fire Risk Assessment (FRA)
• Got authorization and state approvals for all above mentioned activities and obtained all other required certification

Development of Project Specific Technical Specification for the "ski complex for 16 thousand sets" in Sochi, Adlerovskij district,  w. Esto-Sadok. PSTS were approved in MCHS.

Design project decision expertise in terms of fire safety requirements compliance for the project: Ice Arena located in Adler district town of Sochi.

Escape time estimation and dynamics of hazardous factors of fire dynamics estimation, development of project specific technical specification for the air-terminal complex of Sochi airport.

Development of Project Specific Technical Specifications for the multifunctional residential complex with underground parking area located in town of Sochi, Plastunskaya str, app. 123-a. Approval of PSTS in Ministry of Regional Development and in MCHS.

 Development and approval of Special Fire Safety Rules for the "Sachalin-2" project objects:

• offshore platforms PA-B and LUN-A
• оnshore Processing Facility
• liquefied natural gas plant
• oil export terminal
• oil and gas pipelines and booster station №2

Development of Fire Safety Measures offshore ice-resistant stationary platform "Prirazlomnay"

• individual and group risk assessment;
• categorization of premises;
• calculation of fire-endurance;
• technical and economic substantiation expertise.
